- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 02, 2019, by Connie KStaples used to be my favorite go to, but after yesterday, won't be back. When I walked in, three associates where at the desk just sitting. I wasn't greeted when I walked in nor was I asked if I needed assistance which I did. When I checked out with the one item I did find, I put my hand out for the receipt and Rick G laid it on the counter instead of placing it in my outreached hand. Very rude to say the least. Staples Heath Ohio definitely needs some customer service training.
