  I had no issues here like many of the posters. It took me about a half hour to complete my purchase, so I can see how people would be pissed about waiting in line. If you dont want to have a bad experience here, consider the following: - It might be busy. If ALL of the sales people are busy, and there are a few people in line, expect to wait at least 30-60 minutes. If you cant wait that long, come back at another time. - Ask questions. Get precise answers for them. If you dont understand it, make them show you or do it for you, plain and simple. As long as you dont go in there in a bad mood, you shouldnt have any problems here.
